点评：I recently booked a cab with Gozo Cabs, and overall, my experience was mixed. The booking process itself was quite simple, and I was able to get the cab at a reasonable price compared to some other options. The driver was polite and behaved professionally throughout the journey, which made the overall ride comfortable. The cab was also in decent condition, and the driver drove safely without any major issues during the trip.
However, there were a few things that could have been better. I faced some confusion regarding the driver and pickup location, and it took a little time to coordinate everything before the journey started. The cab was also slightly delayed, which was inconvenient as I was expecting the vehicle to arrive on time. Communication between the customer, driver, and cab service could definitely be improved so that customers don't have to make repeated calls to confirm basic details.
On the positive side, the customer support team was helpful once I contacted them and tried to address my concerns. The pricing is also one of the better aspects of Gozo Cabs, especially for longer-distance travel. The journey itself was safe and reasonably comfortable once everything was sorted out.
