Avoid this rental shop if you care about fair treatment

点评：I rented a motorbike from here and the number plate fell off because it appears to have only been attached with one bolt. I have clear photos showing this.
The official replacement cost for a Thai motorbike number plate is around 105 baht, but I was charged 3,000 baht from my deposit — almost 30 times the actual price. When I asked for a breakdown or explanation of the charge, they refused and told me to go to the police if I had a problem.
The manager was initially very rude and told me he could only do what he had been instructed to do, which was to charge me 3,000 baht, and that I would need to speak with the owner. However, the owner would not answer my calls and appears to have blocked me on WhatsApp, so I was not given any real chance to discuss or resolve it directly.
In my opinion, it is very poor business practice to hide behind staff while taking money from a customer’s deposit. If the owner believes the charge is fair, he should be willing to explain it directly.
In my opinion, this was unfair and unjustified. I was charged almost 30 times the official replacement cost, they refused to provide any breakdown or receipt to justify it, and the owner avoided speaking to me directly.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially with any deposit or damage issues. Fanta Car and Motorbike Rental is just down the road, and based on my experience I would recommend going there instead if you want to deal with a fair and reasonable rental company
