点评：I had a hard time finding the location because the signs are few/small but after going through a passageway towards a cocktail bar, I found myself in a large, spacious, quiet, glass-enclosed venue. The fellow at the counter was SUPER HELPFUL when I purchased my Gent City Card (excellent value for money BTW), with guidebook and he told me all the guidelines which I knew from prior online research. However, I did not know how to use public transit with the Card and he was very thorough in instructions and made sure I understood. His English was excellent. He also gave me an updated map of the city centre and told me which trams were not working! (Unlike the 4-star hotel I was staying, which gave me an outdated map --- oh the confusion!!) Great interaction and service, no waiting, and I highly recommend coming here for any questions about this beautiful City!
