点评：I had an absolutely fantastic 3 days exploring Toraja with Luther. It is one of the highlights of my trip and gave me a real insight into the culture and traditions of the region.
What I appreciated most was how authentic the experience felt. Luther clearly knows the real Toraja and is well connected within the local community. Thanks to him, I was able to attend a traditional house ceremony where I was the only visitor, as well as two funeral ceremonies. These were incredibly special experiences that I would never have found on my own. Everywhere we went, the local people were so welcoming, kind and happy to share their culture.
Luther is extremely knowledgeable, relaxed and friendly. He explains the history and customs in a way that is easy to understand, while allowing you to experience everything at your own pace without feeling rushed.
He also went above and beyond outside of the tour itself. He helped me arrange my sleeper bus from Makassar and my onward transport, making my travel much easier. When I accidentally left my debit card in an ATM, he immediately helped me recover it, which I was grateful for.
If you’re looking for an authentic Toraja experience with someone who is respected by the community and genuinely knows the area , I couldn’t recommend Luther more highly. Thank you for an unforgettable few days! Don’t wait book with Luther now!
