Very disappointing , they need to review their exact measurments

点评：Absolutely shocking attitudes from some of the staff. Some others reasonably pleasant.
The height restrictions are very inconsistent, it tells you that you have e to be 100cm to go on the slide/run ...yet the measurement starts about 6-8inches from the floor. They allowed one of my twins on and one not saying they aren't tall enough when they are both the same height. My girls are 110cm in height by natural measurement so would have been appropriate to go on but their measurements were not from foot to head which is inconsistent with height measurements required. all I was advised was that it was the insurance company who come in and put the measurements up not them they have no say in it. One male member of staff was rude when I tried to pleasantly challenge his decision on how he measured the girls baring in mind they are the same height but he wsd not open to listening and shut me down. Understandably , my girls were heartbroken and I've come away a very disappointed and upset mother at how our girls were treated. I will not be returning. Not offer of refund no nothing what a waste of £40 .
