点评：I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent kayak rental. First, I want to say that your staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciated their customer service. They did offer my son in law a free shirt. Unfortunately, the condition of the kayaks significantly impacted our trip. Me, my daughter, and son in law grew up kayaking in Giles County and have been on the river for more than 20 years. During all that time, we had ever flipped a kayak or had to stop every 45 minutes to empty water from the hull. While we were on the river, it became apparent that our kayaks were taking on water. We also noticed what appeared to be previous repair attempts on the bottoms of the kayaks, but they were evidently still leaking. Having to repeatedly stop to drain the kayaks not only interrupted the trip but also created an unsafe and frustrating experience. Because we’ve never encountered this situation before, we were not prepared for our kayaks to flip and did not secure our personal belongings. As a result, we lost alot of personal belongings. My hope is simply that the kayaks will be thoroughly inspected and properly repaired or replaced so future customers can enjoy a safe and pleasant Giles county experience without encountering the same thing I did.
