点评：We booked our tour on a Friday, which turned out to be tour bus day, so we were confused for a bit thinking we'd be with a big group when we thought we were booking a private tour. Antonio was very understanding and explained that our tour would continue separately and showed us to a table for lunch. The food was amazing! Usually when cooking for large groups it's fair to expect average food, but this was not the case. Home cooked and delicious, it was some of the best we had in Portugal.
Once the bus crowd was safely on their way, Antonio got us and another couple and we jumped in his van to go see the olive trees and farm. It was very interesting to hear the history and learn about their process for making olive oil. We also learned about the importance of the olive farm and factory to the local village, as it employs many people who wouldn't have jobs otherwise.
It was a great experience and we loved meeting Antonio and his crew. They were very welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. Highly recommended!
