点评:Parking is at the Olympic Ski Stadium, a good 30 minute walk from the gorge entrance, so if you are less mobile or have small children please factor this in. The car park was also near capacity and we had to drive around and around to get a space (we visited on a Sunday morning in mid June).
After paying our 10 euros, into the Gorge we went. The colour and force of the river is amazing, but I found the whole experience a bit tacky. Its rammed full of people to the point you can not move, including people barging their way back in the opposite direction. Yes the views are impressive and yes it makes for a great photo, but the whole experience was less "amazing natural wonder" and more "queue at a theme park". I could not wait to get out.
When we exited the gorge, rather than try and battle back the way we had just come, we decided to do the surface loop back, which was much more pleasant (if a bit steep). You effectively rise sharply across a series of tracks, steps and bridges, then follow the signs for the Bridge. This takes you across the river and then descending across a number of wooden bridges, until you reach a metal bridge across the river, which apparently replaced the infamous Iron Bridge.
Then its just the 30 minute hike back to the car.
