点评：My husband and I were in Ketchikan in August. It was the last stop on our cruise and we were looking for a special souvenir to commemorate this trip of a lifetime. We ventured into Soaring Eagle Native Arts and found 2 pieces we really liked. We were trying to decide which one to buy. Andrew and Kelly were very informative and helpful. Andrew offered a reduction in price along with free light bases and delivery so we purchased both. We were told delivery would take 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks we had not received any information about delivery so I called and spoke with Sal. He promptly provided the tracking numbers and 2 days later we received all items as promised. Overall we had a good experience. The only thing that could have been improved was communication regarding delivery.
