点评：On Sunday morning, September 14th, my boyfriend and I happened to discover this wonderful Champagne house during our weekend in the Champagne region. What a beautiful surprise — it turned out to be the highlight of our entire weekend!
We were warmly welcomed and, for just €17 per person, had the pleasure of tasting four exceptional champagnes. Everything was explained with such passion and knowledge, and completely by chance, we even had the opportunity to see a demonstration of how the yeast used in the champagne-making process is made.
We cannot recommend this Champagne house highly enough. A perfect combination of excellent champagne, genuine passion and wonderful hospitality. It has certainly become our favourite place to visit in the region.
Thank you once again for the lovely tasting and your warm hospitality. We will definitely be back! 🥂
