Great for kids but room for improvememt

点评：Overall a fairly positive experience. Our 5 year old really enjoyed the soft play area and play park.
From a parents point of view, there are a few things that could perhaps be improved on to make future visits more enjoyable.
Firstly, it’s very busy in the soft play area and at times seems chaotic. There were children clearly not being supervised that were really boisterous and perhaps playing a bit too rough, particularly around smaller children. It might be beneficially to limit numbers in the soft play area and stop more children piling in when it’s already arguably overcrowded.
When we visited the majority of hand wash stations had also run out of hand towels and some didn’t have any soap. They’d therefore benefit from more regular spot checks.
I have to follow a gluten free diet and when I asked if the hot food outlet had GF options they said their GF fryer was broken. Of course these things happen and it’s outside of their control so it was what it was. I then tried the shop and asked whether their ice cream was GF. The young girl simply giggled and said she didn’t know. She then proceeded to highlight that they sold vegan ice cream as if that was somehow connected to my GF query.
There are quite a few animals but some of the enclosures that the donkeys/horses etc were in seemed a little cramped. The poor unicorn looked particularly sad but maybe it had been a long day!
The dinosaurs were a hit with my son and it’s impressive how they move and make sounds! There aren’t many of them but what dinos there are are really cool.
In summary therefore, if you’re a kid, then this place is defo one to visit. If you’re a parent you may expect slightly more given the entry price. We found it quietened off as the afternoon progressed so perhaps that’s the better time to go in order to avoid the big crowds.

那里的动物挺多的，不过有些驴子或马匹所在的围栏看起来有点拥挤。那只可怜的独角兽看起来特别难过，不过也许它这一天过得很辛苦吧！
那些恐龙深受我儿子的喜爱，它们动作灵活且能发出各种声音，真是令人惊叹！虽然数量不多，但每一只都相当酷炫。
总之，如果你是个孩子，那这个地方绝对值得一游。而作为家长的话，考虑到门票价格，可能会期望有更多内容可看吧。我们发现随着下午的来临，人流逐渐减少，所以或许此时去能避开大量人群。
