Excellent private driver experience with Sanjaya

点评：We booked our driver through Sri Lankan Personal Drivers (SLPD) for our 10-day journey through Sri Lanka, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Communication with the company before the trip was very easy and friendly. All our questions were answered quickly and clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence when organizing the trip from Germany. Everything worked exactly as promised, and the service was absolutely worth the price.
The Honda Vezel SUV was comfortable, clean, spacious and in a perfect condition.
Our driver Sanjaya was outstanding. From the moment he picked us up at the airport he made us feel safe, welcome, and completely relaxed. He is a very careful and professional driver, always punctual, calm in traffic, and extremely polite and friendly. His English is very good, which made communication easy throughout the whole trip.
Sanjaya was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful. He always made sure we had enough water, suggested great local restaurants, and knew exactly when it was worth making a short scenic stop or taking a break for photos. He also shared interesting insights about Sri Lankan culture, daily life, and the places we visited, which made the journey much more enriching than just travelling from A to B.
Our route took us from Colombo Airport to Sigiriya, then to Kandy, Ella, Yala/Kirinda and finally Mirissa over about 10 days, and every transfer was smooth, comfortable, and well organized. Travelling long distances in Sri Lanka can be challenging, but with Sanjaya it always felt easy and stress-free.
By the end of the trip it honestly felt like travelling with a trusted local friend rather than just a driver.
We would absolutely book with SLPD and Sanjaya again anytime and can highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip around Sri Lanka.
