Lyme Bay Rib Charter的点评
点评：Bank holiday experience bought and paid for from family as an occasion we all shared.
We took the trip titled: Best of Both.
Weather was fine and seas were calm .
Seats are arranged individually, with a handle bar to hold on to.
Rich was brilliant in being our captain for around 45 mins where we headed at a saunter towards Lyme Regis but didn't quite get that far. Although we could pick up roughly the Dorset/Devon boundary.
Picking up all the picture perfect Jurassic coast and especially on a day where holidaymakers were in abundance, it was great to see the coastline from a different perspective.
After the photo opportunity, and history tour of all the little coves we sped (40knots) around from where we came, past West Bay take off point towards Weymouth direction stopping shortly before Burton Bradstock Beach.
Again, great photo opportunity and another brief history lesson. Opportunity to ask questions and an interesting contrast of sandy coloured cliff sea facing facade.
Much different in appearance.
Makes for an interesting, fun hour.
Rich was great at keeping the 12 of us engaged and entertained and the duty of care was placed paramount if anyone felt uncomfortable.
Rich explained procedure and h&s well.
Very friendly host.
We saw:
Seagulls resting on calm water.
Many beaches busy with holidaymakers.
Paddle boarders, water skiers, paragliders, speedboat enthusiasts.
Lobster pot markings.
Wonderful coastline.
Jellyfish, one the size of a coffee table.
Not good for disabled or hard of walking or anyone with muscular skeletal problems (you gave to sign a waiver first).
Definitely worth it, we had a fabulous time and would definitely return.
