The best seal tour in Texel

点评：I am a big seal fan, so I had a hard time choosing between the different seal tours offered in Texel. In the end, I decided to test three different tours and this one was by far my favorite. One of the biggest advantages is that the tour starts in De Cocksdorp rather than Oudeschild, which means the trip to the northern sandbank is much shorter and you get to experience a route different from the South island ferry. It is also cheaper than similar tours and you get to travel on an old ferry with years of experience.
I especially loved the boarding deck right on the beach. There are more people on the boat, but I actually found it more spacious and comfortable than the other tours I tried. The staff are also amazing. They really take care of all the passengers. Even though I don’t speak Dutch or German, they made sure I understood all the important information and never made me feel left out.
Another big plus is that the boat feels much more stable in choppier waters, which makes it a great option for families and anyone who suffers from seasickness.
Overall after trying three different seal tours in Texel, this was my favorite. I highly recommend it!
