An Absolute Disgrace – Unsafe, Overcrowded and Poorly Managed

点评：The venue was extremely busy and overcrowded, to the point where it was difficult for people to move around safely. I have serious concerns that the number of people inside exceeded the maximum permitted occupancy for the building. If there is an allocated maximum number of people allowed inside for fire safety and evacuation purposes, this appeared to be well over that limit. I dread to think what would happen if there was a fire or other emergency with that many people inside.
There were also leaks from the ceiling, with water splashing down into the play area where the children were playing. This was extremely concerning and, in my opinion, should not be happening in an area where children are running around.
The staff were rude and appeared uninterested in doing their jobs. They were often standing around talking and laughing to each other through their headsets instead of helping customers or properly supervising the children. Children were also walking in the space between the soft play walls and nets, clearly an area they were not supposed to be in, with little or no staff intervention.
My son is autistic and needs a little extra time to process instructions, understand what is expected of him and get used to new activities. Instead of being given that additional time and support, staff were rolling there eyes at him. I found this completely inappropriate and upsetting. A children’s activity centre should be able to accommodate children with additional needs and show patience and understanding towards them.
The car park was an absolute riot, and the queues from the payment desk stretched all the way back past the lockers towards the party rooms. The whole place felt chaotic, poorly managed and completely disorganised.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The venue needs to seriously review its occupancy levels, fire safety, staffing, supervision, crowd management, maintenance and how it supports disabled and autistic children. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
