点评:The trampoline park itself is excellent and our toddler enjoyed it, which makes it even more disappointing to leave this review.
Our experience was let down by confusing pricing, poor communication and inflexible customer service. We were unable to access the cheaper online offers despite attempting to book, paid significantly more as walk-in customers (£50+ for 2 adults + 2 year old for less than 1 hr!!) had to repeat parts of the check-in process, and lost session time as a result and kicked out the session early.
The most disappointing aspect was how concerns were handled both during and after our visit. While explanations were provided, we felt our feedback was largely dismissed rather than acknowledged. A member of staff also spoke abruptly to our young child, which upset him.
The facility is great, but customer experience extends beyond the equipment itself. Unfortunately, between the pricing confusion, communication issues and response to our concerns, we did not feel the visit represented good value for money.
Following the owner’s response to our feedback it was rude and did not take accountability. Next time I’d travel further for a different trampoline park.
