点评：Absolutely brilliant! Awesome crew and wonderful encounters with the wildlife. Bonnie and Amber were superstars! Shout out, of course to the skipper Beau who got us out and home safely. The girls were here, there and everywhere, making sure everyone was looked after, safe, and sure that we had maximum time with the sea lions. Super knowledgeable and passionate about the sea lions, Bonnie’s (post-swim) talk was detailed and eye-opening. It’s awesome to be in the water with people who genuinely love what they get to do! Also, a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate on the boat after our swim, with the option of oat milk… incredible! These guys clearly care about the little details.
If like me you’re umming and ahh-ing about which tour company to go with, I strongly advise that you go with Turquoise Safaris. They specialise in small groups which makes the tour far more flexible and personable, and offers far more likelihood of getting to be in the water with the sea lions. Only advice I have, is maybe to bring your own fins if you want to keep up with the tour’s playful subjects, my only regret was leaving my freediving fins at home - the water’s not deep, the sea lions are just fast.
