点评:I have a considerable number of concerns to express regarding this particular establishment.
Regarding the guide:
A significant issue I encountered was that the guides primarily communicated in Spanish. The only instances where English was spoken to us were for short phrases such as "Photos allowed." This was particularly disappointing given that the website was available in English. Considering this, I expected the tour to either be conducted in English or for the guides to at least be able to communicate effectively with English-speaking visitors.
Concerning the cave:
The cave itself did not meet my expectations for beauty. It was, frankly, quite disappointing to witness. It appeared to have been significantly altered, and in my opinion, the natural atmosphere had been heavily affected by efforts to accommodate tourism. The presence of concrete paths, large electrical boxes, visible wiring, and harsh fluorescent lighting significantly detracted from the natural experience. Rather than feeling like an impressive natural site, it felt more like a heavily modified tourist attraction. (Please refer to the attached pictures.)
The cave offered relatively little to see, to the point that the minerals obtained from it were displayed twice, which constituted the entirety of the exhibition. Additionally, there is a substantial number of stairs to ascend, which is something visitors with mobility concerns should consider. Perhaps my perception was influenced by having visited more impressive caves in the past, but it was nonetheless a rather underwhelming experience.
Regarding the pricing:
For a group of four, the total cost amounted to 64 euros. Considering the limited exhibition, the short experience, and the overall disappointing visit, the price felt exceptionally high and difficult to justify.
Regarding the location:
As it is a cave, its somewhat remote location is understandable. However, reaching it proved quite challenging without a GPS, as there was very little signage directing visitors to the site. Although accessible parking is available, visitors should be aware that the cave itself involves a considerable number of stairs, which may make the experience difficult for those with limited mobility.
Regarding other guests:
It is possible that I was simply unfortunate in my experience, and I sincerely hope that was the case. However, the other guests present were notably disrespectful. They spoke loudly over the guide's explanations and frequently stopped without warning to take pictures, which disrupted the tour for others.
Regarding the staff:
The staff at the establishment seemed to exhibit a strong disinterest towards tourists. Our guide informed us that we could ask him questions, but then proceeded to distance himself from the group. When we did ask questions, his responses were delivered in a dismissive tone and often lacked clear or detailed explanations.
