点评：My wife and I rode our bikes from St. Albans to Cambirdge/Jeffersonville. The town of St. Albans was kind enough to let us park in their municipal lot; it has cameras. The state has a nice parking lot at the trailhead, but there are no cameras which is a consideration if you're on the trail for more than one day. The trail is mostly exposed. Not a lot of shade. Take food and plenty of water. The towns are few and far between with very few places to buy food and drink. The surface was loose aggregate and sandy which made for tough going on our bikes. Perhaps it's better after a rain. Highly recommend the Smuggler's Notch Inn in Jeffersonville and the Lamoille Valley Bike Tours Shuttle.
