点评：I have been a customer of Christal Seas Scuba since 2021, where I started my Scuba Diving journey with them. I started from the bottom with a try dive, which was a good cost effective decision to make sure I really wanted to pursue this sport. Polly was flexible on dates, and it was such fun. In the following months, I completed my Open Water with my Drysuit speciality at Stoney Cove - this was the best weekend EVER! I had the diving bug now, so straight after that, I did my Advanced Open Water and also went to Egypt on a live aboard - all organised by the team.
5 years on, I have most of my own kit that has all been bought at their Norwich shop, and the quality is really good. I have given it a fair bashing at times when kitting up, but it is all so durable, and really built to last. Now, when I want to go on a dive and I need to pick up my usual hired kit from Polly, she always has availability for everything I need. The process is smooth and simple, and I feel very safe when using their kit.
When any of my own kit needs servicing or something isn't working, they are so easy to speak to about getting it fixed, either in their shop or with any of their external suppliers.
Being a part of CSS community when doing dives wherever they may be in the world, is something so special. There is a phenomenal amount of experience and knowledge across the whole team, so I often tap into that and everyone is so helpful, kind and friendly. Speaking to Polly on the phone for the first time in June 2021 has started a friendship of a lifetime, and one which I'm very grateful for.
Christal Seas Scuba is best for learning to dive, get more comfortable in water, learn to swim, buy water sports equipment, and so much more. They are 100% the dream team!
