An absolutely incredible venue, outstanding food and exceptional service! 💜🎉

点评：I honestly cannot thank the entire team enough for making my mum’s surprise 50th birthday party such an incredible evening! From the initial planning right through to the end of the night, everything was absolutely fantastic, and the team went above and beyond to make sure Mum had a birthday she would never forget.
The venue itself was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting to celebrate such a special occasion.
A massive thank you to Megan, Harry and Tom, who looked after us on the evening. They were absolutely outstanding! So attentive, friendly and professional, making sure all our guests were looked after and had a fantastic time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their hard work certainly didn’t go unnoticed.
I also want to give a very special thank you to Charley, Shelly and the Head Chef, who worked with us to make sure the evening and the menu were tailored to exactly what we wanted. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our requests made organising the celebration so much easier.
One thing I particularly want to highlight is how seriously the team took my severe nut allergy.
After discussing my allergy with the venue, they took additional precautions to make the environment as nut-sensitive as possible. They were completely transparent that they couldn’t guarantee a 100% nut-free environment, which I genuinely appreciated. However, they took the time to understand my needs, communicate the risks and ensure that the staff were fully aware of my allergy and the precautions required.
As someone with a severe food allergy, being able to attend a large celebration and feel reassured that my safety was being taken seriously meant an enormous amount to me. The team’s approach was thoughtful, professional and genuinely reassuring.
What made the evening even more special was how much the entire team seemed to care about making it a success. It wasn’t simply another function to them; they really did everything they could to help us give Mum the most wonderful celebration.
To Charley, Shelly, the Head Chef, Megan, Harry, Tom and everyone else involved – thank you so much! 💜
You helped us create an evening full of laughter, dancing, wonderful food and memories that our family will treasure forever.
