点评：Wow wow wow wow wow! Where to start?
I never feel compelled to write a review, but this time, I certainly do.
We had an absolutely phenomenal time. The entire experience was utterly faultless. We feel privileged to have spent 4 nights and 5 days aboard JoJo with Kathrin and George.
The boat is spotless and carefully maintained. There is clearly a huge amount of pride taken in ensuring that JoJo is kept in such a beautiful state. We know that George undertakes a lot of the maintenance himself in the winter, and he does a fantastic job. There was plenty of space for us (particularly as we are just a couple), but also enough space for larger groups. There is AC for the hotter nights, and we genuinely slept better over the four nights onboard, than we did at hotels earlier on our trip. It is a pleasure to be on board and we have zero criticisms of the boat itself. We would add that there are paddle boards and snorkelling gear available, which made the trip even more special.
The itinerary was discussed at the beginning of the trip, with helpful tips from George. Each morning, we recapped the plan, and George made suggestions about the best ideas available. We visited many islands, and beautiful bays. We had lunch in stunning coves and enjoyed swimming in pristine water. George and Kathrin really know the best spots, many of which you would only be aware of with their expertise. The itinerary was perfect and we really felt that we were able to see a great amount of the saronic islands in 5 days, certainly more than if we had simply taken ferries.
However, aside from the boat, and the scenery, we really have to extend our compliments to George and Kathrin. What a dream team. They work incredibly hard. A charter boat holiday is really made by the crew. George is unwaveringly calm and clearly very experienced. We felt 100% safe at all times. He is the perfect captain, in our opinion. Kathrin is equally fantastic with the boat, but, the star of the show is her cooking. Kathrin prepares the most gorgeous fresh lunches every day. We looked forward to them. Each day was different, and so flavourful. The meals we had on board were truly better than some of the dinners we had at tavernas earlier in our holiday. It was total bliss being served in a beautiful cove, with a glass of wine. What a luxury.
Kathrin also has an amazing talent at ensuring the boat is kept tidy and clean, without us even recognising she is doing it! There is never any mess, and she gracefully wouldn’t even let us wash up after we had breakfast.
Lastly, and important for us, was the overall vibe on the boat. As we are a couple in our 30s with no children, we booked the week with the intention of relaxing and restoring before returning to a busy period of work. One of the appeals of JoJo was we were the only couple on the boat, and not a group. We are a sociable but reserved couple. Kathrin and George are completely respectful and provide the perfect amount of privacy and space. We had evenings on our own with a bottle of wine, but also interesting and light hearted conversation. The balance was completely perfect for us.
In summary - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. In fact, we have already told many of our friends about Kathrin and George, and we can’t wait for them to experience it as well.

Kathrin还有一项了不起的才能：她总能把船上打理得整洁干净，而我们甚至都没察觉到是她在做这些！船上从来都不会有任何杂乱，就连我们吃完早餐后，她也体贴地不让我们动手洗碗。
最后，对我们来说很重要的一点就是船上的整体氛围。我们是一对三十多岁的无孩夫妇。我们预订了这一周的行程，目的是在重新投入繁忙的工作之前好好放松一下、恢复精力。选择JoJo之旅的原因之一就是船上只有我们这一对情侣，而非一大群人。我们虽然喜欢社交，但性格较为内敛。Kathrin和George十分体贴周到，给予了我们恰到好处的隐私与空间。我们既可以独自享受带着葡萄酒的温馨夜晚，也能与他们进行有趣又轻松的交谈。这种平衡对我们来说再完美不过了。总而言之——我们毫不犹豫地予以推荐。事实上，我们已经把Kathrin和George的情况告诉了许多朋友，也期待着他们也能体验到这份美好。
