Corbucci wines, a must Visit!

点评：We went to Corbucci for lunch and a wine tasting. Not only was the winery stunning, we were greeted by Francesco Corbucci himself. My wife, my best mate and his wife and I all got warm hug and kiss on the cheek from him. He told us a little about the history and then led us inside where one of the sommeliers took us into our own wine tasting room. Not only was the room (main farm house) iconic and beautiful, the view out of the room was amazing. The food was equally fantastic with an antipasti plate, then a pasta for main was sensational. Desert was Gelato of course. The wine was exceptional and our private sommelier was not only a delight, he was extremely knowledgeable and warm. I can't recommend this highly enough. It really was a highlight of my time in Florence/Tuscany. I must add, there was not a lot of pressure to buy, it was mentioned but not forced which was great. The wine isn't cheap, but damn it's good.
