点评：Denis was awesome!! He came to our rescue and saved the day when our full day trip booked through Get Your Guide was cancelled without sufficient notice. We were scheduled to be picked up at 9:00 am and received a notice at 9:21 a.m. that our tour had cancelled. We were quite frustrated because this was the only day that we could do a full day tour. Our hotel receptionist ( a big shout out to Vila Gale Hotel) called Denis at Azores Magic Tours and he adjusted his personal schedule to accommodate us. It turned out to be a personalized tour, just as if we were with a friend. We were able to see a lot of the island and he was extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to turn what could have been a bad day into an amazing one! I would recommend any and all of his tours just because of the care that he so beautifully shown to us!! Thank you Denis!!
