Sharky’s On The Pier的点评
点评：What would have been a solid experience to watch the sunset over some cocktails ended up to be a marathon of poor communication, poor service, and poor drinks.
The staff did say about an hour wait. At an hour, they said 10 more minutes. Then it was 15 min. They were not very clear on what was going on.
Finally seated after 1.5 hours wait time, bring on the menus. We ordered quickly and the waiter was not the most confident guy. Two old fashioned drinks were ordered and they were in small plastic cups and a huge slice of orange at the bottom. Florida style, not sure.
Food came fairly fast. Three salads (two the same kind) and one entree. The entree seemed to be as stated, and was good. The salads were horrible. Soggy tasteless messes. No real spark to taste. Very soggy ingredients. Not sure how you can make a salad so horrible and disgusting, but they did. This is not your leaf lettuce crunch. It was a salad soup.
The checks came...sort of. Big hassle to get the checks split correctly and be on our way.
Sharky's is a great spot, with a great view (for sunsets), lots of beach energy. Just stay clear of the salads. Stay clear of the mixed drinks and stay with beer or wine.
