点评：We had the most incredible experience with Ketut during our time in Ubud.
From the very beginning, we explained that we wanted to see the real Bali and avoid anything that felt overly touristy. Ketut completely understood the brief and took us to some of the most beautiful, authentic places we visited during our trip. He shared so much knowledge about Balinese culture, traditions and daily life, which made every stop even more meaningful.
He was also incredibly thoughtful throughout. As we were battling a bit of jet lag, he happily let us catch up on sleep during the longer car journeys without feeling like we needed to make conversation the whole time. The car was always stocked with water, and he was genuinely one of the friendliest, kindest people we met in Bali.
What really stood out was how helpful he was. On my final day, before checking out of the hotel, he even organised a half-day tour to help me fit in everything I still wanted to see. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
I would recommend Ketut to anyone visiting Bali and will 100% use him again when I return. Thank you for helping make our trip so special.
