点评:I used this company for a 3-day private car tour in Sri Lanka (Colombo → Polonnaruwa → Sigiriya → Hikkaduwa).
Unfortunately, during the trip, we experienced two separate traffic accidents while I was in the car.
The first incident happened during a dangerous overtaking/squeezing situation with an oncoming vehicle, resulting in the side mirror colliding and breaking. Shortly afterward, the vehicle was involved in another collision with a motorcycle while attempting a U-turn across traffic. The side of the car was significantly damaged.
Thankfully, nobody was seriously injured. However, the accidents caused significant stress, loss of time, and concern regarding the safety standards of the service.
What disappointed me further was the company’s response afterward. Despite repeated discussions, they focused mainly on the fact that the itinerary was completed and that no one was injured, rather than acknowledging that experiencing two accidents during a paid professional transportation service is itself a serious issue.
I was also told that refund expectations over such incidents may be a “cultural expectation” from Japanese customers, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional.
I appreciate some of the driver’s local recommendations during the trip, but overall I cannot recommend this company from a safety and customer service perspective.
I strongly encourage future travelers to carefully consider safety standards before booking.
