Fantastic visit to Stoneywell
Stoneywell的点评
点评：Visited on a Friday afternoon , I luckily was able to book on the day however if visiting as a couple or more it’s better to book a day ahead .
Car park is down the road and a minivan was waiting to take you a short distance down the road to the grounds ( mini bus had 8 seats but heard sometimes larger transport is used .)
Driver was very knowledgable and had some cracking jokes !
Upon arrival I was greeted with warmth and pointed in the right direction to many of the lovely parts at Stoneywell .
All the staff I met were fantastic and the tour is a must , great knowledge and humour .
As a solo traveller I was made to feel so welcome and would really recommend a trip for anyone .
I am going back with my family soon as the children would love all the different parts of the garden and even the house which is set over 7 levels but on 3 floors ! Very unique !
