点评：Well what a wonderful surprise for my birthday! Hubby treated me to a luxury experience where I got to interact with two owls and a Harris’s hawk. I’ve become increasingly fascinated by birds of prey so this for me was heavenly. We got to spend time with Kelly & Mike who are so incredibly passionate about their birds and it’s the only sanctuary in the UK that flies ALL its birds. We met Dylan and Keilani as they were given their breakfasts and then we were off into the woods with my first owl. The experience is so much mire than having a bird fly with you, you learn so much about them, the set up there and their passions. The second owl we flew in the valley - the tiniest adorable creature and an absolute joy. Then we did a Hawk walk with Eddie who was non pleased to see doggos about but who had Mike in his sights the whole way round. Having him fly to my arm around the woodlands was utterly joyous.
After the experience we stayed for the display - now we’ve seen a good number of these but this is special. You get to experience the characters of the birds and learn about their stories through the commentary. There were families here who had clearly been multiple times its in my opinion a must do attraction if you’re visiting the Isle of Wight. An absolute must do.
