Glampers beware, no response to emails
Macdonalds Farm的点评
点评：We paid £1,295 for seven nights in the Harlyn Sands glamping tent, and unfortunately our experience did not live up to the price paid or the standard advertised.
There were some genuine positives — the children absolutely loved the park, the tent itself was nice and comfortable. However, we experienced several issues throughout our stay.
The fridge did not work properly, resulting in food spoiling and going mouldy. We reported it and were told a temperature gauge would be used to check it, but this never happened and the problem remained unresolved. We also requested fresh towels due to the constant rain, but they were forgotten and never arrived.
The communal kitchen facilities were inadequate for the number of guests, with just one cooker, one BBQ and one dishwasher for around 20 people. There were also no oven trays available, meaning l burnt my hand from making shifting trays with foil.
The showers were poorly cleaned, with clumps of hair remaining in the plugholes throughout the week.It was only cleaned properly when new guests were arriving.
There seemed to be a lot of grey areas around who could enter the glamping area and where visitors were actually allowed to go. This caused confusion and complaints between guests, and I feel this could easily be avoided with much clearer information and rules from the outset.
The cumulative effect of these issues was so disappointing that we left a day early.
What has made the experience even more frustrating is that I have now sent two emails raising these concerns and requesting a resolution, both of which have been ignored.
There are some lovely aspects to the site, particularly the park for children, but for £1,295 I expected much better facilities, cleanliness and customer service.

关于谁可以进入露营区以及游客究竟可以去哪些地方，似乎存在很多模糊不清的规定。这引发了客人之间的困惑与抱怨；我觉得只要一开始就明确告知相关信息与规则，这种情况完全可以避免。
这些问题的累积效应实在令人失望，以至于我们提前一天离开了。更让人沮丧的是，我已经发了两封邮件来反映这些问题并请求解决，但均被置之不理。
这个场所确实有一些不错的地方，尤其是儿童公园，但花了1,295英镑之后，我本期望能享受到更好的设施、更整洁的环境以及更优质的服务。
我不会推荐这里。
