点评：I bought 3 rings in February 2026. Very friendly staff. However, after a month or so a blue diamond fell out of one of the rings. I called and they said to send back and they would fix. They did but took a long time. Then a diamond fell out of another ring and they said to send back the 2 matching diamond rings and they would fix the missing stone and check the other ring. So I sent those back and then got them back. Then a stone fell out of the smaller diamond band again. So I sent it back and they replaced. When I received the ring back I went to a local jeweler and was told the blue and white diamond ring had another stone loose , ready to fall out but other 2 rings were fine. I had them repair ring. It cost $377.00 to repair. I did contact GH to see if they would compensate me for having ring fixed. Was told I should have returned to them to be fixed.Was told he’d talk to owner. By this time I had already spent$90.00 to return and insure rings to be fixed and 75.00 in return tariffs. I did not feel confident that the ring would have been fixed appropriately. I called again and they offered me $100.00. I contacted my cc company and since I had the rings in my possession and GH disputed money I had spent I didn’t receive any compensation. Just be aware that stones may fall out of their settings.
