点评：We had the most wonderful time participating in the Ruby experience at the bird of prey centre and we honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
From start to finish, Karen, the owner, was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and special. She remembered everyone’s names and even remembered the special occasion we had booked the experience for, which was such a lovely touch.
Karen made sure everyone was included and took the time to educate people individually, making each person feel involved and valued. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and genuine love for the birds really shone through.
It was also so lovely to see how clearly adored and well cared for the birds are. They were happy, relaxed and responded so positively to Karen and the rest of the staff, which really says everything about the care and bond they have with them. The staff we meet clearly had the same passion for the birds.
Experience was a birthday/anniversary gift for my dear friends. Karen was even kind enough to let me take a few photos of my friends enjoying their experience. I had brought my dog and a pram and didn’t want to risk frightening or disturbing the birds so sat in the car, garden centre and cafe on the same grounds. We all really appreciated her thoughtfulness and understanding.
It was a truly memorable experience, made even more special by Karen and her wonderful team. If you’re considering booking an experience here, do it, speak with Karen prior— you won’t be disappointed! 🦅❤️
