Stay away from this mine!! So disappointed treats customers horribly

点评：I’ve been to this mine several times- found small points and clusters. Had friends that have bought pockets there so this time that’s what I did. Talked to Bobby on Monday to get a $300 pocket ready for Friday - the mine opens at 9am- the gate was locked and they didn’t show up til 9:40- if I hadn’t already paid for the pocket I would of left ( Bobby makes you pay in advance- since I’d been there numerous times at that point I wasn’t worried)
We were told to stay by the trailer while Bobby got things ready???? So now it’s 10:20 a guy walked us to where a broken backhoe was parked and said to chisel on the wall. The only one that helped us at all was the man that was going to work on the backhoe. Told them I’m over 60 and chiseling on the wall wasn’t part of the deal. Was told they would open a pocket for me to dig in- told them I wanted my money back and that I was leaving. Was assured Bobby would return my money if I requested a refund through Venmo by Ashley .i even sent a reminder and at least 2 text messages. He has ghosted me and no money was ever returned.
