点评:We had a reservation for Friday July 31st at 2:30pm. When we went inside the tasting room to check in the Manager seemed annoyed that our party of four was there. It was pretty busy. We waited a few minutes and was told the only place to sit was in a small room with a party of 13 already there. We were seated in that room in a high top table. It was so loud that we could not carry a conversation. When I saw the couch open up I went to the manager and asked him if we could sit at the couch. He said that's for reservation only. I said we do have reservation remember I just checked in with you. He said wait one minute. At the same time a party of four walked in with no reservation because I overheard them and the manager says no problem I have the couch open and he sat them there. So I went to the manager and I said I thought the couch was reserved for reservations and he just dismissed me. He then said if that room where we were in was too loud we go outside there is couch outside. I said you want us to be outside in over 100 degree weather and my sister has a heart condition. He said yes up to me. So my sister said let's just try outside because this room with the 13 people is very loud. So we told our server that we would be going outside and she said "This tasting room is not meant to have a lot of people inside" well don't you think you should maybe think about making extra room inside to accommodate when the weather is hot. When we were sitting outside the server actually forgot about us and was very sporadic with wine pouring. At one point my sister started to feel unwell and we had to cancel our last winery. We didn't even get to finish our tasting and they made us pay. I don't know how the wines tasted because we might have just tasted 1. The owners should really reteach the staff and the manager about hospitality. I will never again visit this winery. Plenty more wineries in Paso that will probably treat you better than this one. My sister said if we were sitting inside where it was cool then we would have gone to our final winery.
