One ride turned into the highlight of my holiday!

点评：I originally planned to rent an E Bike for just one afternoon, but I enjoyed the experience so much that I came back the very next day for another ride, and even tried to come back for a third one!
The great service actually started before I even arrived in Evia. I contacted Evia Tours & Cruises while I was still at home, looking for advice about cycling in the area. Steven was very helpful in suggesting routes that would suit me, answering my questions and sending me GPX files so I could plan everything in advance and navigate easily with Komoot.
It was my first time riding an E Bike and I absolutely loved it. On my first day I rode around 25 km, and the next day around 29 km. I was even planning to do the longer 55 km route on my third day, but unfortunately I couldn’t make it there in time.
Steven and Vicky were both incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed, including a helmet, phone holder, light and a bag for the bike. The E Bike itself was in excellent condition and was an absolute pleasure to ride.
One thing I would especially recommend is not to be intimidated by the idea of cycling around Evia. You definitely don’t need to be a professional cyclist or someone who regularly rides long distances to enjoy it. I’m certainly not! With an E Bike and a route that suits you, it’s a fantastic and very accessible way to explore the island. The electric assistance makes the hills and longer distances much easier, while you’re still cycling and enjoying the ride.
What I loved most was that cycling gave me a completely different way to experience Evia. I got to see beautiful countryside, hills, quiet roads and local areas that I probably would never have discovered otherwise. It gave me a glimpse of everyday life on the island beyond the hotel and the usual tourist spots.
I genuinely told Steven after my first ride that it was one of the best bike rides I’ve ever had, and I meant it. What was supposed to be one bike ride became one of the highlights of my entire holiday and left me wanting to ride more and more.
I highly recommend Evia Tours & Cruises to anyone visiting Evia. Even if cycling isn’t normally a big part of your holidays, give it a try. Great bikes, beautiful routes and, most importantly, wonderful people who genuinely care about helping you have a great experience.
