点评：Absolutely awful experience at Jump 4 Joy.
I attended a party with my four-year-old son for a five-year-old’s birthday, where all the children were aged five and under. After the play session, parents were told to leave the building while the children were eating, with only eight adults allowed to stay due to “capacity limits” for a joint party.
This made absolutely no sense — the building was not busy, there was plenty of space, and parents had just been allowed stay during the play session with no issue. We were told it was for “fire safety,” which felt completely inconsistent and unjustified.
While I was outside (despite objecting), my son was found at the door crying, not knowing where I was. Several other young children were also upset and crying. No child that age should be left without their parent like that.
The owner ( i didn't get his name) stood at the entrance like a bouncer, refusing to let parents back in even while children were clearly distressed. Instead of handling the situation properly, he argued with parents who simply wanted to comfort their kids. It was completely unprofessional and lacked any basic understanding of young children.
There was more than enough room to allow at least one parent per child, but this was refused. The whole situation was badly handled and totally unnecessary.
I would strongly not recommend having a party here and will never return. We’ll be going to the planet in future where parents are actually welcomed and treated with respect and frankly better value for money
