点评：We took a tour with about 9 people Wednesday at 3pm. The ages of our kiddos varied. The tour was a disappointment and a waste of time and money. First when we got there we were yelled at for not checking in. We didnt see anywhere that said we had to check in, we were emailed or codes for tickets so we lined up by a tour door / window. After checking in and getting ticket vouchers, we lined up and waited by a window where a lady was making hand dipped haystack. We watched ber for about 10 minutes before the tour started, it was presented with a video, then we were moved to another little room where we watched a video of how chocolate was made. They gave us a tiny sample of dark choc and a milk choc. Wafer. They then moved us to the a hall that had a window that over looked the factory. Thr factory was empty there was not a single person in there working. We waited for several minutes for the tour guide eho chatted and then got a piece of chocolate as a sample to hand out (there was about 20 people) my kids at this point had lost interest. She then moved us to a room painted like candy land to look at the same view of the factory again. .my party was over it. Half of them proceeded down stairs to leave and was yelled at by the tour guide that we werent allowed to leave yet and had ro stay together. She gave us glares and looks. However having small children watch an empty factory for 15 minutes isnt going to hold their attention. The website says Thursday and Fridays the factory may not be running but it doesnt say anything about Wed.
