Beautiful European Architecture, but Bring Your Own Shade!
Europe Square的点评
点评：Europe Square was one of the places in Batumi that immediately impressed me with its architecture.
Surrounded by beautiful European-style buildings, the square has a distinctive atmosphere that makes it an excellent place to walk around, admire the façades, and take photographs.
I also liked that there were familiar food options nearby, including McDonald's and KFC, so finding something to eat was convenient.
The centerpiece is the Medea Statue, a tall monument featuring a woman holding the Golden Fleece. Before arriving, I honestly didn't know much about its significance. Seeing it in person was interesting, although I wouldn't say the statue itself was the highlight of my visit.
From a photography perspective, its height makes it challenging to capture a good picture with yourself in the frame.
My biggest criticism, however, is the lack of comfortable resting areas. For such an attractive public square, I expected more benches, trees, and shaded spaces. When the sun is strong, the open area can become quite uncomfortable.
For me, Europe Square succeeds beautifully as an architectural attraction but could be improved as a place where visitors can comfortably spend more time.
Definitely worth seeing while in Batumi, particularly if you enjoy architecture and city photography.

只要来到巴统，绝对值得一去，尤其适合喜爱建筑与城市摄影的人士。
