Beautiful beach disappointing beach club

点评：We were all very excited to come having read good reviews and the website sounding fab with upmarket food and beach.
However we were left really disappointed, the sunbeds cost 40€ each without an umbrella we tried to use them and the woman who worked for the hotel got argumentative and took them down. The food was terrible, we weren’t able to get into the beach club that we had come to eat in and had to order to the beach the service was appauling, they forgot one of our drinks and we had to ask 5 times to get it and then it still took another 15 minutes to come.
The food was dry and basic overpriced.
Real shame as more than happy to spend this kind of money on a good experience but this was shocking. We spoke to some guests of the ritz Carlton who also said the service and availability to get into restaurants etc had been bad.
Such a shame as the beach is beautiful. Perhaps the ritz needs to let another beach bar set up here so there’s more options? And perhaps better service?
