Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Chafford Hundred的点评
点评：Reception staff gave a warm welcome and showed me where everything was. Walked into the changing rooms and was immediately hit by the most awful stench of what can only be described as a mixture of sweat, smelly feet and urine. Unfortunately the smell continued around the building. Really off putting. Luckily it was warm outside so managed to sit on a sun bed and enjoy the fresh air. Pool was crowded with everyone hanging around the edge. Definitely didn’t give spa vibes. Lunch was lovely, jacket potato (clearly microwaved) but was okay. Service was brilliant. Sat outside on the terrace as could not escape that bad smell. Had a treatment which was very quick but the therapist was lovely and did a great job. Wasn’t keen on having to walk through all the areas to get to the treatment room. Tried to book a second treatment as various times were advertised in the waiting area but could not get an appointment until much later in the day. This day was a present and I can’t help but feel disappointed if I’m honest. I usually visit the Colchester spa and honestly feel this is sadly no comparison. That smell needs sorting!
翻译：接待处的工作人员热情地欢迎我，还带我参观了各处。走进更衣室后，一股难以形容的恶臭立刻扑面而来——那味道简直就是汗水、臭脚气和尿液的混合体。不幸的是，整个大楼里都弥漫着这种气味，实在让人倒胃口。幸运的是外面天气温暖，我得以坐在日光浴床上享受新鲜空气。泳池边挤满了人，根本没有一丝水疗中心的惬意氛围。不过午餐倒是很美味。薯仔焗蛋（显然是用微波炉加热的），不过还算可以。服务很棒。因为实在无法忍受那股难闻的气味，我只好坐在户外的露台上。我做的护理项目速度很快，治疗师人也很好，做得也很出色。不过我不喜欢为了去治疗室而必须穿过各个区域这一过程。我在等候区看到有各种可预约的时间，便试图预约第二次护理，但直到当天下午晚些时候才能排上号。这一天本该是一份“礼物”，但说实话，我忍不住感到失望。我平时常去科尔切斯特的水疗中心，说实话，这里实在无法与之相提并论。那里的气味问题必须解决才行！
