点评：The BEST experience in Cortona!! Chef Ryan has cooked for us at our villa several times and we know his food is amazing. We did the cooking class this time to learn from the best, and had an incredible time!! 5 women (4 sisters and our mom) and we made a delicious true Italian 4 course meal. Ryan talked us through the basics and rationale for everything, took us on a tour of his gardens, explained how and what to buy at the markets, and then demonstrated proper techniques. We divided and conquered our meal- panzella, homemade ricotta and bruschetta on toast for our first course, handmade pici with ragu, sausage and ribs, then chocolate “salami” with limoncello to finish. We felt like real Italian chefs! We emjoyed our meal in his beautiful garden with delicious wine under a lovely pergola. Ryan sent the recipes after so we can “attempt” to recreate at home!
This was a perfect evening!!
