点评：Placed an order for there famous bacon. Thought is was an ok price. paid 35% shipping costs or $30 for a $70 order. Now for the downside. US Postal Service was an option along with UPS, I chose USPS through the Bentons' shipping options. BIG mistake. Not only is the shipping costs ridiculous they lost my package. its been over a week and no product. Now for the customer service at Benton's. It HORRIBLE> got the song and dance of Benton's blaming USPS and not wanting to take responsibility for even having that option for shipping. I told him its your website and your product. He said he would make it right, by sending the product again with UPS> I said that's it. No discount, No future coupon if you want me back. He said NO, we are making it right, by sending the product. I said way too late, give me a refund. This company is horrible with product shipping, logistics and customer service. I WILL NEVER OREDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND NO ONE SHOULD. Try Nueske's or Beecher's they have great bacon and never an issue with service or shipping
