Conkers的点评
点评：We visited Conkers on Sunday as a last treat for the kids before they returned to school after the Easter Holidays. We had a lovely time, mostly spent in the indoor play area/ educational centre. It was clean and lots for the children to do.
We ventured outside to the water park area where unfortunately our little boy had an accident, no fault of conkers, he wasn’t looking where he was going and ran into a wooden plank, falling to the ground, cutting his lip and knocking out his already wobbly tooth. I immediately scooped him up and took him to first aid. Unfortunately I didn’t get the first aiders name but I just want to say she was absolutely brilliant! Completely put my little boy at ease (he was so upset and covered in blood) cleaned him up and even gave him a chocolate bar for being so brave. My son was so upset that he’d lost his tooth in the water park and that the tooth fairy wouldn’t visit him that night so, the first aider came up with a story that she would email the tooth fairy to let her know the tooth is at conkers, my little boys face lit up! She then went out of her way to create a tooth fairy response! Laminating a letter from the tooth fairy telling my son she had found his tooth and he would still receive his coin- there was glitter and ribbon attached. I couldn’t believe it! It was so above and beyond I wish I could thank her personally so I really hope she sees this review.
My boy woke up the next morning to his coin and fairy letter and took it to school with him for show and tell - the story of how he lost his tooth at conkers has now been told to everyone!
We Will absolutely return again, just hopefully no more bumps next time. X

第二天早上，我儿子醒来就看到了纪念币和牙仙子的信，他带着它们去学校参加“展示与讲述”活动——现在，他在Conkers水上乐园掉牙的故事已经传遍了所有人！
我们一定会再来的，希望下次不会再遇到什么小麻烦了。
