点评：Easy rafting trip down the Potomac River, past Harper’s Ferry, and pulled out after a short time on the Shenandoah. If you have no rafting experience, you can easily get by on this trip. Many people on this tour had never rafted before.
Our guide, Wayne, was great. Very experienced, had a relaxed attitude, and expertly guided the boat down the river.
Big thumbs up to the organization of this rafting company. Plenty of staff to help everyone from the initial check in to getting their life jackets on correctly. I think we had fifteen boats on this trip and they pulled it off very efficiently. Also, liked that they used six person boats and most groups of four had their own guided boat.
Due to low water levels were not able to raft the Shenandoah and it felt the trip was a little bit abbreviated. The entire trip was only 4.5 miles, not a ton of rapids, and most of the rapids
were class I. Maybe 1.5 hours actually on the water? So, just a warning, that if you are at intermediate level or above, this trip may be too tame for you.
