点评：Disappointing Customer Service Experience
Unfortunately, we experienced disappointing customer service from one member of staff during our visit to the Sunset Wine Bar.
We had planned to enjoy a drink on the terrace; however, the style and size of the outdoor chairs meant that one member of our party was unable to sit comfortably. I therefore went to move a more suitable chair from the indoor bar area to the terrace to ensure they could sit comfortably.
A member of the bar staff told me quite abruptly that the chair could not be taken outside. I immediately respected this and returned the chair. However, when I tried to explain why I had attempted to move it, I felt the staff member was dismissive and unnecessarily rude rather than listening to the accessibility and comfort concern I was raising.
The experience left the member of our party feeling uncomfortable and singled out because of their size, which was particularly upsetting and could have been handled with far greater sensitivity and understanding.
I completely appreciate that there may be operational reasons why indoor furniture cannot be taken onto the terrace. However, I would encourage the venue to consider providing a variety of seating options outside to ensure the terrace is welcoming and inclusive for guests of different sizes and needs.
