点评：Big shout out to the best lunch and dinner
menu just newly launched by the excellent team at the Auldhouse arms. Excellent value at £12 for 2 courses, £17 for 3 courses! WOW that is exceptional value for money and the quality of the food here is absolutely awesome and is truly second to none. We had a hard choice choosing from the excellent starters, mains and dessert options but we eventually opted for starters of chilli & vintage cheddar tart with side salad, macaroni cheese and skinny fries (moi), haddock and chips (partner) with desserts of sticky toffee pudding (moi) and chocolate pot & ice cream.
Portions were very good and everything delicious with quality ingredients and piping hot. Special mention go to the macaroni cheese, I consider myself to be a bit of an aficionado when it comes to mac cheese and I would consider this amongst the very best I’ve ever had! Was scrumptious comfort food at its very best!
The service was as usual fantastic from Max and staff and a special mention to the chef and team for delivering the goods in abundance! Ambience and cosy atmosphere of this gorgeous local inn and gastropub is top notch and if you haven't been yet, where have you been! Highly recommend it was 10/10 and can't wait to return again to try more off the menu. What a way to start the weekend! Simply the best! #gastropub #lunch #mealout #perfectmeal
