Lovely way to spend a few hours

点评：The park was a lovely walk with lovely views of the coast and countryside. There was a pathway for walking.
Toilets were clean, but small cubicles.
Cafe on site which was always busy. It was not clear that you had to order from one side and move through as there was so many people in there, but someone told us so we didnt waste time in a queue. Quite pricey, but cheaper than the coffee chain stores! Serves crepes, sandwiches, pizzas, cakes, ice creams and snacks.
Lots of picnic benches and a large park for the children to play on.
The ruins are nice to look at and there is a further coastal path so you can walk as far as you.
We saw lots of complaints on parking, we parked at Bishopstone Lane car park which cost £1.60 for the day payable by Ring Go app. It is a 25min walk to the ruins over grass but just added to the enjoyment.
We spent about 3.5 hours there in total.
