点评：I am writing to complain about the handling of the Billie Eilish: Hit Me Hard and Soft concert screening at Vue Preston.
During the screening, staff came in targeting children to stop singing and to remain seated. This was extremely disappointing given that the event was presented as a concert experience rather than a normal cinema showing.
Fans attending a Billie Eilish concert film reasonably expect some level of audience participation, including singing, cheering and standing, particularly in the back rows where disruption to others is reduced. Billie Eilish herself publicly encouraged fans to sing and enjoy the experience.
I appreciate that Vue has responsibilities regarding safety and consideration for other customers. However, if Vue intended this screening to follow normal cinema behaviour rules, this should have been made explicitly clear before tickets were purchased and before the screening started.
The way the situation was handled upset the children involved and significantly affected the atmosphere and enjoyment of the event.
