点评：What a joke, I have been visiting the garden centre for years always visit the cafe at same time but lately the cafe has gone seriously down the pan it has gone table service but order at the till only one till open with the longest queues ever coffee and ice cream counter closed. Today just hit below the belt we came for lunch with my two year old grand daughter , she likes the play area, she wanted an ice cream so to save her waiting in the que our plan was to get her ice cream from the ice cream counter then she could eat that whilst I waited in the very long que. two year olds don’t understand waiting . However they were not serving ice cream from the icecream counter you had to wait in the very long que order an icecream then someone would go over to the icecream counter with you and get the ice cream . She got restless waiting in the queue so a member of staff suggested going into the shop to get an icecream and bring in to the restaurant, this my husband did whilst I waited in the queue. I then waited in the queue along with probably 24 other people as we breathed all over the long line of meals waiting to be collected by the one waiter , then waited for our coffees and teas made by the two over worked young girls. I ordered a child’s picnic bag as part of my order after I had paid for it I was told to go over to the cold counter to collect the items and put them in a bag, if the sandwich I wanted was not available I was to comesback to the counter and they would get me from the back one that I wanted. There was a tuna sandwich only and I wanted a cheese one so I had to go back to counter and wait for the correct sandwich. There was total chaos, people wanting cream teas told to go over to other counter to get their scone then come back for the cream. Along with dirty tables , dirty toilets how the heck does this facility stay open oh and the toy area had no toys as they were waiting for new one

翻译：真是可笑，多年来我一直去那家园艺中心，也总会顺道去那里的咖啡馆。但最近这家咖啡馆的状况糟糕透顶：现在改为桌边服务，可实际上只能在收银台点单；目前只有一个收银台开放，排队的队伍长得离谱；咖啡和冰淇淋柜台也关着。今天更是离谱至极——我们带着两岁的孙女来吃午饭，她可喜欢那里的游乐区呢。她想吃冰淇淋，为了省去她排队的麻烦，我们的计划是我先去冰淇淋柜台帮她买好，这样她就能边吃边等我排完那条超长的队。两岁的孩子可不懂什么叫等待。然而，冰淇淋柜台当时并不直接售卖冰淇淋——必须先在队伍中排队，下单之后才有人会陪同你去柜台取冰淇淋。她在队伍中等得有些不耐烦，于是一位工作人员建议她进店买个冰淇淋带进餐厅，我丈夫照做了，而我则继续排队。之后，我和大概24个人一起排队，我们呼出的气息都飘散在那一长列等待被一名服务员领取的餐食上；接着我们又等着那两位忙得不可开交的年轻女孩为我们冲泡咖啡和茶。我下单时还订购了一个儿童野餐袋。付款后，店员让我去冷食区取货并把商品装进袋子里。如果我想要的三明治没有现货，就需要回到柜台，他们会从后厨给我拿想要的那种。当时只有金枪鱼三明治，而我想要的是奶酪三明治，所以我不得不回到柜台等待。整个现场一片混乱。想要点奶油茶的顾客被要求先去另一个柜台买司康饼，然后再回来加奶油。除了桌子脏、厕所也脏之外，这家店究竟是怎么还能营业的？哦，还有玩具区一个玩具都没有，因为新玩具还在等待配送中。
