Went to that place with my kid school on March 26- 2026, snow tubing was fun, however, the canteen staff selling fries and Poutine was horrible , especially the cashier at the front, she is such a mental person, she should not deal with kids. While I was waiting in line, I heard her telling one of the kids - who paid 12.95 for a small box of poutine, go throw it because the kid paid her 12.95 instead of 13.00 , the kid was embarrassed and threw the food in the garbage as she asked him to do so. The kid asked her to give him the money back but she she refused. One of the moms came and asked her why you told the kid to throw the food in the garbage she declined that she mentioned that , later the mom insisted that she has to give another poutine because it is inappropriate to ask kids to throw food they have paid for ! I would not recommend anybody to buy food from such place , bring your snacks ! Also the staff in there have a negative attitude towards some Canadian citizens as one of the tub workers told one of the kids that this is the worst school I have ever had !
